Paying for a quality tech program should not be the reason you never start. This guide walks through every common way to fund a 4Geeks Academy bootcamp in the United States — from paying upfront to scholarships and partner programs — and points you to the live figures on our financing page.
Options outside the US (Europe and Latin America) differ by region. Use the same financing page and filter by location, or ask admissions for the paths available where you live.
What 4Geeks costs before discounts
For US career programs, standard tuition before discounts typically lands in the mid-teens — about $15,000–$16,000, depending on the program. That list range is already below many similar premium, well-recognized intensives whose published prices sit in the high teens to low twenties. Scholarships and partnership programs usually make enrollment dramatically more affordable on top of that.
Exact tuition, monthly estimates, and eligibility change over time. Always confirm current numbers on Flexible Financing Plans or with an advisor before you enroll.
Pay upfront and save 10%
If you can cover tuition before the program starts, paying in full usually unlocks a 10% discount. Some students split that full balance into a small number of interest-free installments and still keep the savings. This path fits people who have savings ready and want the lowest total cost.
Interest-free installments over 6 months
Prefer not to pay everything on day one? You can often spread the standard tuition across six months with no interest, through structured monthly payments. You still pay the list tuition (before any scholarship), but cash flow is easier. Details and partners are listed on the financing page.
Loans and extended payment plans
For longer horizons, 4Geeks works with financing partners so you can repay over multiple years, subject to credit approval. In the US that commonly includes lenders such as Ascent and Climb. Quotanda has also been part of the partner set for applicants who need a co-signer-friendly path.
Terms, minimum monthly amounts, and approval rules belong to each lender — confirm the current offer with admissions rather than relying on older blog posts.
Pay after you are hired (income-based)
If you want repayment to start after you land work, income-based paths may fit.
- Edly is the current US partner highlighted on our financing page for income-based repayment once you earn above a set annual threshold.
- Mia-Share is another partner historically used for income-share style enrollment.
Availability and deposits depend on the program and your profile. Ask admissions which path is open for your cohort.
Scholarships and partner programs
Partial and full scholarships exist through select programs and partner organizations. Availability and award amounts vary. Paths that have been offered with 4Geeks include:
- Clark University Tech Boost — support for unemployed or underemployed applicants with US work authorization.
- United Way Miami Workforce Project — Miami-Dade–focused pathway with no upfront payment for eligible residents; repayment tied to earning above a salary threshold after you land a job.
- Blacks In Tech — scholarship support for African American applicants committed to completing the program (including outside Miami-Dade).
- Lesbians Who Tech — tuition support for LGBTQI community members, with limited spots.
- Miami Tech Works — grant-backed seats for Miami-Dade and Broward career changers (Good Jobs Challenge partnership), with little or no upfront tuition when eligible.
Treat partner names as starting points: confirm whether a program is open for your start date, and what proof of eligibility you need.
Optional Job Guarantee add-on
On eligible US programs you can add a Job or Refund option: follow the career process after graduation, and if you are not hired within the stated window, you may qualify for a full tuition refund. Regions and terms apply — see the current PDF linked from program pages and the financing page.
How to choose a path
- Check the live options and estimates on Flexible Financing Plans.
- Apply and tell admissions about scholarships or partners you may qualify for.
- Compare total cost (not only the monthly payment) and what support is included: mentorship, career services, and community access.
